Japanese bureaucrats are corrupt. They cling dearly to vested rights and assume no responsibilities.

They found one useless organization after another whose only purpose is to suck blood out of the private sector, which is always in fear of and bugged by interferences by the bureaucrats.

This practice is worse than one individual asking for a bribe, for it's done systematically on a grand scale.

Japanese bureaucrats don't know the word "public servants". They are parasites.
